Brook Sports Consulting delivered another successful facilitator training course for prospective tutors of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Commissaires training programme. Norman Brook & Wayne Pomerio delivered the three day training course at the UCI World Cycling Centre in Aigle, Switzerland in September.
The fourth course that we have delivered for the UCI attracted participants from Brazil, Canada, Cuba, Estonia, France, Great Britain, Japan, Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland. Participants were able to deliver their practical sessions in either French or English, the two official languages of the UCI.
Catherine Gastou, President of the Commission of UCI Commissaires, welcomed the delegates to Aigle and observed much of the course. Catherine is a graduate of the first facilitators training course that we delivered for the UCI back in 2016. The course was also supported by Andrius Buividas and Benjamin Sapin from the UCI.
